As I work to reduce my inventory over the next few years, there are unique parts and some other things that are not listed on my typical Parts List that I am now letting go. Some of these parts are one of a kind that have been hidden away in my private inventory. Some are just some good parts that were not listed on my Parts Page. Some may have nothing to do with Hus Skis or Diablos.

Item 1 is a new piston and rebored cylinder bored out 0.120″ over. This is a large oversize and may require modification to use. $150 for the set.
Item 17 is a rebuilt gearbox for a Model 500. The aluminum has been bead cleaned and clear coated. Covers have been powder coated. Bearings, seal and gasket are new. Complete with new drive sprockets. $695 with the return of two sprocket cores. Would consider a trade-in gearbox if you looking to swap gearboxes.
Item 15 is a rebuilt gearbox for a Model 502 or 503. The aluminum has been bead cleaned and clear coated. Covers have been powder coated. Bearings, seal and gasket are new. The lower shaft and chain are new as well. $495

An original canvas Diablo Rouge Cover Set as shown. Yes it is dirty – it was in a barn for over 50 years. Yes it has some rips, you would too if you sat in a barn for over 50 years. But it is cool as heck for the collector that wants something most do not have. $75.
Something for the very serious collector is the Technicolor 500 Loop to Loop Projector with 3 original films. These projectors were used at Bolens Dealerships and showed continuous promotional films of the Hus Skis and Diablos. One film is the Hus Ski, one film is of the prototype Diablo 500’s and the last film is of the Diablo 502’s. These are silent films but in color. All one of a kind and I have never seen another. $550
Item 4 – Bosch Starter 001 160 003. This turns the opposite direction, so it can’t be used on a motor in a Diablo but it must fit some snowmobile made in that early 70’s era. $15
Item 5 – New NOS Flywheel for the motors in the Diablo 500’s & 502’s. Hirth 53R, 54R & 55R. $60
Item 6 – New NOS Flywheel for the motors in the Diablo 503’s. Hirth 190R and 191R. $75
