The above reproduction dash is modeled after the design of the Diablo 500 dash with a few changes. If you remember, the original Diablo 500 dash was very thin and brittle which is why so few good original dashes are available anymore. This reproduction dash is made of much thicker material.
The dash is sold without decals, however dash decal sets are available separately.
Not shown in the Diablo 500 parts manual are the dash plate (left) and the dash clips (right). The plate is installed across the handlebars and over the dash to support the top of the dash on the Diablo 500. The two clips then get mounted with the same bolts used to hold the plate to the handlebars and the clips hold the flare of the dash in place and help support the dash. The clips are used with the thin original dashes but not needed with the thicker reproduction dashes.
